Under Armour is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and keep the store organized. You will support daily operations, assist with stock duties when needed, and contribute to achieving seasonal goals in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are energetic, motivated, and available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends; local language fluency is required with basic English a plus.

Formación

• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California).
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and can lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, hand-held and mobile devices).

Responsabilidades

• Offer great customer service from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to bring out the best in each customer.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store; work front and back of store including POS and payment processes.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through the digital experience; demonstrate teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our Rewards program.
• Be accountable for self-development and seize growth opportunities to increase performance.
