Under Armour in Cancún is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and keep the store organized during peak periods. You’ll support daily operations and may assist with stock duties as needed, thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

We seek energetic individuals who can work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends, with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Formación

• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California)
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation

Responsabilidades

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient check out
• Bring out the best in each customer by suggesting the right apparel and footwear
• Stock, straighten and clean the store; manage front and back of store tasks
• Work both front and back of store as needed, including point of sale and payment processes
• Deliver omni‑channel requests through digital experience and collaborate effectively with the team
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our Rewards program
• Be accountable for self‑development and seize growth opportunities to increase performance
