NTT DATA North America is seeking a Senior Scrum Master for a 100% remote role in Mexico. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of total experience and at least 3–4 years in Scrum Master duties, with advanced English.

ServiceNow experience is a plus, and the role requires leading agile ceremonies, reporting progress, and removing blockers to keep deliveries on track. You will facilitate daily stand-ups, grooming, and retrospectives, coordinate release planning, and ensure quality and timely

Formación

• Total experience 8–10 years with 3–4 years as Scrum Master.
• Advanced level of English.
• Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain productivity reports for the Scrum team to improve efficiency.
• Communicate development status to stakeholders.
• Manage the scrum process with coordination of the Scrum team using Agile.
• Organize and facilitate the release planning meeting.
• Address roadblocks or issues that prevent successful development and testing of approved requirements.
• Arrange daily stand-up meetings and schedule other project meetings including capability demos.
• Ensure timely completion of deliverables and releases.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, story grooming sessions and retrospectives, and drive improvements.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and attainment of project deliverables.

• Organizes and facilitates the release planning meeting.
• Responsible for addressing roadblocks or issues that prevent successful development and testing of approved requirements.
• Arrange daily stand-up meetings, facilitate and schedule other project meetings as required including capability demos as appropriate.
• Responsible for timely completion of deliverables and releases.
• Participating proactively in daily stand-up meetings, story grooming sessions, team retrospectives. Also suggesting and implementing improvements.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and attainment of project deliverables.
