NTT DATA North America is seeking a Senior Scrum Master for a 100% remote role in Mexico. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of total experience and at least 3–4 years in Scrum Master duties, with advanced English.

ServiceNow experience is a plus, and the role requires leading agile ceremonies, reporting progress, and removing blockers to keep deliveries on track. You will facilitate daily stand-ups, grooming, and retrospectives, coordinate release planning, and ensure quality and timely

Formación

Total experience 8–10 years with 3–4 years as Scrum Master.
Advanced level of English.
Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Develop and maintain productivity reports for the Scrum team to improve efficiency.
Communicate development status to stakeholders.
Manage the scrum process with coordination of the Scrum team using Agile.
Organize and facilitate the release planning meeting.
Address roadblocks or issues that prevent successful development and testing of approved requirements.
Arrange daily stand-up meetings and schedule other project meetings including capability demos.
Ensure timely completion of deliverables and releases.
Participate in daily stand-ups, story grooming sessions and retrospectives, and drive improvements.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and attainment of project deliverables.
