EXL in Mexico is seeking an experienced Scrum Master/POD Lead to guide a cross-functional pod in delivering high-impact digital products with predictable cadence and business value. The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office in Mexico City (Azcapotzalco) or Toluca.

You will facilitate agile ceremonies, drive sprint execution, manage dependencies, and partner with Product Owner and engineering leads to maintain a healthy backlog.

Formación

• 7+ years in agile delivery environments, including 3+ years as Scrum Master, Agile Lead, or POD Lead.
• Professional working level English (B2/C1 preferred).
• Proven experience leading technical teams in complex enterprise programs.
• Strong command of Scrum/Kanban and cross-team dependency management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives.
• Drive sprint execution, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
• Partner with Product Owner and engineering leads to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog.
• Track and improve delivery metrics (lead time, throughput, predictability).
• Remove blockers and foster ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with architecture, operations, security, and governance functions.

Role Summary:

AI Skills for This Role:

• Use AI tools to accelerate planning artifacts, action tracking, and delivery reporting.
• Use AI for meeting summarization, risk pattern detection, and follow-up generation.
• Apply responsible AI usage standards across the pod.
• Validate AI-generated outputs before team adoption.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years in agile delivery environments, including 3+ years as Scrum Master, Agile Lead, or POD Lead.
• English proficiency: professional working level or above (B2/C1 preferred).
• Proven experience leading technical teams in complex enterprise programs.
• Strong command of Scrum/Kanban and cross-team dependency management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in banking or other regulated industries.
• Scrum certifications (PSM, CSM) and/or Agile Coaching background.

Work model: Hybrid - 3 days on-site at Client's offices in Azcapotzalco (CDMX) or in Toluca
