Job summary

Schaeffler is a global technology company seeking a detail-oriented early-career professional to support accounts payable and logistics operations in Mexico. You will verify transportation invoices, record status in ERP, and collaborate with Finance, Procurement and Operations.

Strong numerical accuracy, advanced Excel skills, and good communication are required. English C1 is expected. This full-time role offers development opportunities and exposure to global manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Verify transportation invoices against transport orders, PO, rates and proof of delivery.
• Check freight charges, fuel surcharges, tolls, taxes, and additional services.
• Identify duplicates, incorrect amounts, missing documents, or rate discrepancies.
• Record invoice status and discrepancies in ERP or tracking files.
• Follow up with carriers, Finance, Procurement, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Prepare basic reports on processed, rejected, and pending invoices.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Verify transportation invoices against transport orders, purchase orders, agreed rates, and proof of delivery.
• Check freight charges, fuel surcharges, tolls, taxes, and additional services.
• Identify duplicate invoices, incorrect amounts, missing documents, or rate discrepancies.
• Record invoice status and discrepancies in the ERP or tracking files.

Your Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills; knowledge of pivot tables and lookup formulas is desirable.

• Basic knowledge of invoices, purchase orders, and logistics processes.
