Tata Consultancy Services is seeking aSenior SCCM & Intune Engineer to join our Mexico team in a hybrid role. The candidate should be located in or willing to relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey and attend office at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities include managing SCCM and Intune deployments, AD and Group Policy, remote access technologies, endpoint protection, and scripting with PowerShell.

Formación

• Experience with SCCM deployments and Intune management in enterprise environments.
• Windows 10/11, Office 365 administration and Active Directory/GPO familiarity.
• Strong scripting with PowerShell for automation and reporting.
• ITIL Foundation certified and able to align IT services with business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SCCM and Intune deployment scenarios and operational support.
• Provide expert guidance on AD and GPO management and security configurations.
• Deliver remote access support (AVD, VPN, OWA) and endpoint protection oversight.
• Mentor desktop engineering team and contribute to project delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reliable IT service delivery and user satisfaction.

TCS is looking for an SCCM & Intune Engineer.

Work modality: Hybrid

(Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, it will be requested to attend office at least 3 day per week)

Job summary

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft PC based operating systems (Windows 10 and 11)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
• Strong experience with automated software deployments using SCCM
• Strong experience of MS Intune
• Strong experience of Anti-virus and end point protection
• Strong experience of remote access technologies (AVD, VPN, OWA)
• Working experience of scripting technologies (PowerShell)
• Expert knowledge of Active Directory and group policy management
• Must be ITIL Certified at minimum foundation level
• Strong team mentoring skills
• Strong customer service
• Strong oral communication skills
• Effective time management
• Project experience
• Executive support experience
• 2+ years in a senior desktop engineer role
