Tata Consultancy Services seeks an Intune & SCCM Engineer for a hybrid work setup in Mexico. The candidate must be located in or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey and attend office at least three days per week.

Key tasks include managing Windows 10/11, Office 365, SCCM deployments, Intune, endpoint protection, and remote access. Strong scripting (PowerShell), AD/GP, ITIL cert, and mentoring skills are required.

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11.
• Strong knowledge of Office 365.
• Experience with SCCM deployments.
• Experience with MS Intune.
• Experience with antivirus and endpoint protection.
• Experience with remote access technologies (AVD, VPN, OWA).
• PowerShell scripting experience.
• Active Directory and Group Policy management.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Strong mentoring and customer service skills.
• Strong oral communication and time management.
• Project experience and executive support.
• 2+ years in a senior desktop engineer role.

Work modality: Hybrid

(Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, it will be requested to attend office at least 3 day per week)

Job summary

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft PC based operating systems (Windows 10 and 11)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
• Strong experience with automated software deployments using SCCM
• Strong experience of MS Intune
• Strong experience of Anti-virus and end point protection
• Strong experience of remote access technologies (AVD, VPN, OWA)
• Working experience of scripting technologies (PowerShell)
• Expert knowledge of Active Directory and group policy management
• Must be ITIL Certified at minimum foundation level
• Strong team mentoring skills
• Strong customer service
• Strong oral communication skills
• Effective time management
• Project experience
• Executive support experience
• 2+ years in a senior desktop engineer role
