Job summary

Marsh seeks a leader to shape and grow its Savings Plan Consulting practice in Mexico, with locations in Mexico City, Monterrey or Guadalajara. The role combines technical depth, business acumen, and strong stakeholder influence to deliver client value and organizational growth.

You’ll own strategy, client delivery, and revenue growth while building a high-performing team in a hybrid model (minimum 3 days/week in the office) and traveling within Mexico as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, actuarial science, law, or a related field.
• Proven experience in savings funds, employee savings or financial wellbeing solutions, retirement, investments, or related financial/benefits consulting areas.
• Strong track record in business development and consultative sales with corporate clients.
• Solid understanding of regulatory and investment-related aspects of savings fund solutions.
• Experience leading client relationships, complex initiatives, and ideally teams.
• Strong executive presence, communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced business English is required.
• Availability to travel within Mexico as business needs require (no more than once a month maybe more just at the beggining).
• AMIB certification is highly desirable, or the ability to obtain/maintain the certification required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the practice by owning the strategy, market positioning, client value proposition, revenue growth, profitability, and delivery quality of Marsh’s savings fund solution.
• Serve as the technical authority on savings funds with understanding of regulation, market application, operating model, governance, and investment components.
• Drive commercial growth by selling the solution to clients, expanding relationships, and partnering with Marsh consultants to close opportunities.
• Build credibility and internal visibility so colleagues recognize you as a go-to resource and bring savings fund opportunities to clients.
• Lead and develop a consulting team, set direction, coach talent, and foster a high-performance culture aligned with Marsh’s values.
