Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of commercial experience in Employee Benefits.
• Strong knowledge of the insurance Employee Benefits sector.
• Strategic thinking with growth mindset.
• Proven leadership and executive-facing communication.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain executive relationships.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, solution-focused with goal setting.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales goals by managing a large book of complex accounts with frequent presentations and meetings.
• Uses market and service insights to engage prospects via cold calls and scheduled meetings.
• Creates sales proposals, presentations, and RFP responses addressing client needs and value.
• Leads account processes from identification to closing, including pricing negotiations.
• Manages research on markets and industries to identify growth opportunities.
• Interfaces with account representatives and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintains professional relationships to introduce and sell new products and cross-sell.
• Participates in professional organizations and attends conferences to expand networks.
