TopTalent Recruitment Agency is seeking a Spanish-Speaking FX Retention Manager for their Cancun operations. The role leads the Spanish FX Retention Desk at a well-established brokerage firm based in Mexico, focusing on building and scaling a high-performing team.

You will drive retention strategies, meet and exceed sales targets, and collaborate with an international organization. Relocation is paid, with strong compensation and commissions offered.

Formación

• Native or fluent Spanish speaker.
• Minimum 1 year of FX Retention management experience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Based in Mexico or willing to relocate on short notice.
• Experience building or growing a Conversion desk is a strong advantage.

Spanish-Speaking FX Retention Manager

Location: Cancun, Mexico
