IBM Mexico is seeking an SAP Time Management specialist to configure time schemas, PCRs, and ensure seamless time-to-payroll integration. The role emphasizes accurate time evaluation and absence management within payroll workflows.

You will support PTO accrual rules, overtime calculations, and ensure labor law compliance across regions, collaborating with payroll and analytics teams to deliver reliable time data.

Formación

• Strong SAP Time Management expertise (schemas, PCRs, time evaluation, Time functions/Operations design).
• Strong knowledge of absence/attendance configuration.
• Proven experience configuring PTO accrual rules and overtime rules.
• Experience with payroll integration and time-to-payroll validation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide configuration and support for SAP Time Management, ensuring accurate time evaluation, absence management, and integration with payroll.
• Assist in testing cycles and releases for time modules and ensure compliance with labor laws across countries.

• Troubleshoot time-related issues impacting payroll
• Perform time-to-payroll integration validation
• Support time data corrections and retro processes

• Support Integration of Time Management system with other upstream and down stream systems

Your Role And Responsibilities

Provide configuration and support for SAP Time Management, ensuring accurate time evaluation, absence management, and integration with payroll.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Strong SAP Time Management expertise (schemas, PCRs, time evaluation, Time functions/Operations design)
• Strong knowledge of absence/attendance configuration
• Proven experience to configure complex PTO accrual rules, overtime rules
• Experience with payroll integration
• Strong analytical and debugging skills
• Knowledge of labor compliance across countries

Proficiency in English at an advanced level (B2+ or C1) is mandatory and non‑negotiable for this role.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Experience with EC Time or hybrid models
• Reporting/analytics experience
