ADP is hiring a GlobalView Application Support Consultant in Mexico to provide second‑level post‑live support for SAP Payroll/HR solutions, including configuration, testing and documentation.

You will prepare functional specs and change control requests, lead complex issue resolution, and consult with clients to optimize their deployments. Strong communication and mentoring skills are required.

Formación

• 3-5 years directly related experience in SAP Payroll/HR environments.
• Experience with Enterprise/Personnel structure, payorll configuration, rules and schemas.
• Knowledge of Employee Self Service/Portal is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 2nd level post-live issue resolution within SLA timelines, including investigation, solution identification, configuration, testing and documentation.
• Prepare functional specs and change control requests with design and configuration details; lead change processes.
• Provide consulting to clients and guidance on complex SAP solutions; develop lifecycle mini-projects.
• Manage client communications and ticket resolution via CRM; coordinate with Product Manager on feature gaps.
