Driving key commercial outcomes for SAP customers — from contract renewal to controlled termination. You will coordinate directly with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Partner teams to resolve customer cases. Your analysis of customer accounts will shape how the team prioritizes its next actions. The Customer Evolution team works with existing SAP customers to deliver their next business steps. No two customer situations are the same, which keeps the work varied and substantive. You will build a genuine understanding of SAP's strategy, products, and the full customer lifecycle.
