PepsiCo is seeking a proactive Instructional Designer to design, develop, and implement end-to-end SAP training content for a Global Transformation project. Based in Monterrey or Mexico City, you will translate complex SAP workflows into engaging e-learning modules, simulations, and job aids, working with SMEs and global teams.

You will build interactive courses using Storyline 360, Rise 360, Genially, and Vyond, ensure LMS integration and quality assurance, and stay ahead with AI-driven

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Pedagogy, Psychology, or related fields.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal). Content development and stakeholder alignment for the SAP project will be conducted in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end instructional solutions for Global SAP implementation.
• Translate SAP workflows into engaging e-learning modules and job aids.
• Develop interactive courses and simulations with Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Genially, and Vyond.
• Collaborate with SMEs and Change Management teams across regions.
• Ensure LMS compatibility and perform QA for SCORM/xAPI assets.
• Stay current with AI-driven learning tools and modern instructional strategies.
