PepsiCo in Mexico City is seeking a senior UX designer to own the end-to-end digital product design process. You will work within the User Experience Design & Research team to deliver research-driven insights, design concepts and system-wide UI components for global digital initiatives.

You will collaborate with designers, process owners, product owners and business users, facilitate workshops, and advocate a user-centric approach across mobile and web platforms.

Formación

• 6+ years’ of experience designing digital products & services as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Deep understanding of Service Design and UX Design disciplines and design processes.
• Experience with industry standard design and research tools (Figma, Adobe CC, User testing).
• Experience in designing, building and managing a Design System across our ecosystem.
• Strong communications and organizational skills; ability to handle ambiguity.
• Experience with Agile and SAFe; familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence.
• Experience planning and conducting user research and testing sessions.
• Advocates a User Centric Design approach; strong mobile design focus.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in the entire design process from research to testing and validation.
• Plan and conduct primary and secondary research; synthesize insights and recommendations.
• Apply Human-Centered Design and Design Thinking to guide deliverables.
• Plan and co-facilitate internal and external workshops.
• Coordinate work with the digital team, business teams and IT services.
• Communicate with stakeholders; influence product teams with data-driven recommendations.
• Create deliverables like UI prototypes, design system components, guides and reports.
