PHINIA Inc. is seeking an experienced accounting professional to deliver complex accounting and financial services with a focus on manufacturing and logistics. You will forecast, budget, and produce management analyses, while supporting consolidation and cost-saving projects across entities.

The role covers inventory valuation, payroll cost calculations for forecasts, and monthly close processes. Strong SAP FICO knowledge and ERP experience are required, along with ethical standards and travel

Formación

• General accounting, cost accounting, budgeting, financial statements and auditing knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel.
• Experience with SAP and ERP systems; ability to analyze financial data.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct analyses and support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning for manufacturing and logistics.
• Manage monthly close, account reconciliation, and reporting for assigned units.
• Support consolidation, cost-saving analyses, and quotes for product changes or new projects.
• Prepare sales analyses under different scenarios: Current, Forecast, Budget.
• Coordinate inventory valuations and variance analyses; ensure data integrity.
• Upload results to financial systems and prepare management packages.
• Assist with internal/external audits and compliance requirements.
• Maintain financial views in materials master file and monitor cost variances.
