Pyramid Consulting in Mexico City is seeking an SAP Production Support Lead to oversee the operation, support, and continuous improvement of the SAP production landscape. You will coordinate incidents, requests, problem and change management, and act as the primary IT partner for Finance processes including FI/CO, treasury, tax, and financial close.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years SAP production support experience with strong expertise in SAP FI/CO.
• Experience supporting financial processes, including accounting, treasury, tax, and financial close.
• 3+ years of vendor management experience, including SLA monitoring and vendor performance management.
• Experience working directly with Finance and other business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SAP Security (roles, profiles, segregation of duties) and coordination with BASIS teams.
• Hands-on experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
• Advanced English communication skills (Spanish is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with large SAP implementation/support partners such as Accenture.
