Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Senior Associate, Enterprise Systems Integration, to act as the Level 2 escalation for SAP Ariba. You will resolve complex issues and collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to sustain platform reliability.

You will develop and maintain Ariba solutions, support ERP integrations (S/4HANA/ECC), and manage incidents within ITSM and SLA guidelines. Strong English and SAP Ariba expertise required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of hands-on SAP Ariba support or configuration.
• Solid understanding of procure-to-pay and source-to-contract processes.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proficiency with ITSM tools and ITIL-based support processes.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Level 2 escalation for SAP Ariba modules: Buying, Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle, Ariba Network.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional/technical issues, including workflow errors and data discrepancies.
• Develop, configure, and maintain Ariba solutions: forms, workflows, catalog management, business rules.
• Monitor integrations between Ariba and ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC) via CIG, middleware, or APIs.
• Manage incidents, service requests and changes in ITSM with defined SLAs and RCA documentation.
