Carrier Global Corporation in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks a Senior Associate, Enterprise Systems Integration, to act as the Level 2 escalation point for SAP Ariba and related integrations. You will work with procurement, finance, and IT teams to keep the platform reliable and aligned with business processes.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on SAP Ariba experience, strong understanding of procure-to-pay, and advanced English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba configurations or support.
• Solid understanding of procure-to-pay and source-to-contract processes.
• Advanced English proficiency and ITIL/ITSM familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Level 2 escalation support for SAP Ariba modules (Buying, Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional/technical issues, including workflow errors and data discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain Ariba solutions: forms, workflows, catalog management, and business rules.
• Monitor integrations between Ariba and ERP systems (S/4HANA or ECC) via CIG, middleware, or APIs.
• Manage incidents and change tickets in ITSM with adherence to SLAs; document root causes.
