Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Senior Associate to act as the second-tier escalation point for SAP Ariba procurement workflows. The role involves resolving complex issues, configuring Ariba solutions, and ensuring reliable integrations with SAP ERP systems.

You will collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams, handle incidents and change tickets, and contribute to keeping the platform running smoothly in a SLA-driven environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• 3–5 years of hands-on SAP Ariba experience.
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay and source-to-contract processes.
• Advanced English proficiency and ITSM/ITIL-based support experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 2 escalation support for SAP Ariba modules (Buying, Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle, Ariba Network).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues, including workflow errors and integration faults.
• Develop, configure, and maintain Ariba solutions, including forms, workflows, catalogs, and business rules.
• Support integrations between Ariba and ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC) via CIG, middleware, or APIs.
• Manage incident, service request, and change tickets in the ITSM tool within defined SLAs.
