A specialized consulting firm in Mexico is seeking an experienced professional for SAP MM functional support. The role involves providing L2/L3 support for SAP MM processes including Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Invoice Verification. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of P2P processes and strong communication skills. A certification in SAP MM or S/4HANA Procurement is preferred. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with technical teams to resolve issues and enhance systems.

Formación

• Proven L2/L3 support for SAP MM processes including Purchasing and Inventory Management.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA MM environments is preferred.
• Basic understanding of ABAP debugging for functional analysis.

SAP MM functional support - PI/PO Development Team:

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP MM processes including Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Invoice Verification
• Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues related to MM functionality
• Support procure-to-pay (P2P) processes and ensure smooth integration with FI, SD, and WM/EWM modules
• Perform configuration analysis and troubleshooting to identify root causes and implement solutions
• Assist business users with day-to-day operational issues and provide functional guidance
• Participate in testing activities for changes, enhancements, and system upgrades
• Maintain functional documentation and support knowledge base
• Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, Basis) for issue resolution and enhancements
• Nice to Have Skills
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA MM environments
• Knowledge of P2P integrations with FI and SD
• Exposure to WM / EWM or Ariba integrations
• Familiarity with ITSM / AMS support models and ticketing tools
• Basic understanding of ABAP debugging for functional analysis
• SAP MM or S/4HANA Procurement certification
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
