HCLTech is seeking a senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist in Mexico with 7+ years of hands-on SFMC delivery across enterprise environments. You will design and lead SFMC implementations, leveraging Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, MobilePush, MobileConnect, and related modules to meet business objectives.

Formación

• 7+ years of hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Next preferred.
• Hands-on development on SFMC modules- including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, MobilePush, MobileConnect, Interaction Studio, Contact Builder, Content etc.
• Experience in using AMPscript, HTML, and CSS.
• Demonstrated ability to make strong technical and architectural decisions based on business objectives, platform constraints, and best practices.
• Knowledge on Data Cloud is preferred.
• Should possess excellent communication skill. Should be able to engage with Business stakeholders and understand the requirements/business objectives and translate those requirements into technical design.
• Proven experience in leading or owning complex SFMC implementations in enterprise environments.
