Sovos is transforming how companies around the world manage tax compliance and support operations. As a Support Systems Architect/Developer, you will own the build and ongoing improvement of the Salesforce environment that powers Sovos' global support, ensuring agents have a seamless platform.

You will design, implement, and optimize Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Einstein Bots, and integration points, collaborating with product owners and cross-functional teams across time zones.

Formación

• 3+ years developing on the Salesforce platform, with at least 3 years in Service Cloud or customer-support use cases
• Strong hands-on experience with Service Cloud, Case Management, Omni-Channel, and Experience Cloud
• Experience with Einstein Bots, Messaging, and Salesforce AI features is highly preferred
• Solid Apex, LWC, SOQL, and REST integration experience with strong declarative skills
• Certifications listed above are required or strongly preferred
• Fluent English communication across US, LATAM, and EMEA time zones

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, and develop Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Einstein Bots, Messaging, and Omni-Channel Routing
• Own declarative and programmatic work (Flow, validation rules, page layouts, Apex, LWC, triggers) for use cases
• Maintain metadata, version control, and release pipelines across sandboxes and production
• Translate business problems into Salesforce designs with clear trade-offs
• Research AppExchange packages and platform features to choose the best-fit approach
• Lead implementation from design to deployment with unit tests and UAT support
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems
• Automate repetitive agent tasks to improve efficiency
• Apply Salesforce best practices around security, performance, and release hygiene
• Produce clear technical docs and communicate changes to agents
