AllianceIT Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce initiatives from a remote setup in Mexico. You will collaborate with US clients, business leaders, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure scope, timeline, and quality compliance.

You bring 8+ years of PM experience, with 4+ years in Salesforce projects, and strong Agile/Scrum/Hybrid practices. Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Project, or Azure DevOps is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise software implementations.
• At least 4 years focused explicitly on Salesforce ecosystem projects.
• Strong practical experience in Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid project management frameworks.
• High proficiency with project management and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Project, or Azure DevOps).
• Working familiarity with Salesforce capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Revenue Cloud) and SDLC / CI-CD release practices.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and integration projects. You will act as the central point of contact among business leadership, product owners, cross-functional teams, and technical delivery specialists (Developers, BAs, and Architects), ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: 8+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise software implementations, with at least 4 years focused explicitly on Salesforce ecosystem projects.

Methodologies: Strong practical experience in Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid project management frameworks.

Tools & Systems: High proficiency with project management and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Project, or Azure DevOps).

Domain & Technical Understanding: Working familiarity with Salesforce capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Revenue Cloud) and SDLC / CI-CD release practices.
