Formación

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce development and admin tasks.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and production support.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform features.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Salesforce application support by monitoring, analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand business requirements and support solution enhancements.
• Configure, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, LWC, Flows, and other declarative tools.
• Perform testing, debugging, deployment, and post-release validation to ensure solution quality.
• Create and maintain technical and support documentation, including knowledge articles and deployment procedures.
• Manage and resolve production incidents and participate in root-cause analysis and improvements.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Salesforce applications for performance and reliability.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and best practices.
