Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.

As a Salesforce Developer – Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for the effective use of Salesforce applications. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will leverage your broad consulting skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will take ownership of your development, applying a learning mindset to adapt to diverse client needs and team dynamics. You will gather information from various sources to analyze facts and discern patterns, actively listen, and clearly express ideas. • Building a personal brand by consistently delivering quality work and contributing to team success

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 year of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for a Master's or MBA degree in Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
• Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Lightning
• Utilizing skills in Business Process Modeling and Enterprise Integration
• Engaging in Application Software and Technology Implementation projects
• Developing training materials for Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
• Applying intellectual curiosity to innovative design and emerging technologiesContributing to project architecture and systems project management
