PwC México's Acceleration Center invites a Salesforce Developer Associate to engage in consulting across Salesforce applications, analyzing client needs and delivering tailored software solutions. You will learn and contribute to client engagements while growing your skills in firm services and technology resources.

You will join our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, collaborating with global teams to optimize operational efficiency and support technology-driven client objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of experience.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) required.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide training and support for seamless Salesforce integration and utilization.
• Collaborate with clients to optimize business processes through Salesforce technology.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications to meet client requirements.
• Utilize Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud to deliver tailored solutions.
• Engage in project tasks to support successful deployment of Salesforce systems.
• Apply technical consultation skills to address client challenges and propose innovative solutions.
• Gather information from diverse sources to inform project architecture and design.
• Support enterprise integration efforts to validate cohesive technology implementation.
• Develop training materials to facilitate client understanding and adoption of Salesforce applications.
