PwC Mexico's Acceleration Center seeks a Salesforce Developer Associate to analyze client needs, implement Salesforce solutions, and train users. You will work across advisory, assurance, tax, and business services, growing your Salesforce expertise in a collaborative, development-focused environment.

You will engage in learning while delivering quality work, supporting integrations, and building client relationships in a fast-paced consulting setting. Travel up to 20% may apply.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 1+ years of experience in Salesforce-related roles.
• English proficiency in speaking and writing.

As a Salesforce Developer Associate, you will engage in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 1 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for a Master’s or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
• Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Lightning
• Utilizing skills in Business Process Modeling and Enterprise Integration
• Engaging in Application Software and Technology Implementation projects
• Developing training materials for Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
• Applying innovative design and intellectual curiosity in technical projects
