Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Salesforce Business Analyst experience.

• Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, process mapping, and UAT.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
