Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. seeks an accomplished Salesforce Architect to define the technical strategy for Salesforce initiatives and to ensure solutions meet business goals.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic setting to deliver scalable Salesforce systems with high data quality. The role requires hands-on expertise across Salesforce Vlocity, DEP, B2B Commerce Cloud on Lightning, and core Clouds (Sales, Service, Community).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of technology experience.
• 3+ years in leadership, management, architect, or coordinator roles.
• Experience leading teams of 20+ for at least 2 years.
• Participation in at least 5 full project cycles or launching a product/major feature.
• Comprehensive expertise in the Salesforce platform including Sales, Service, and Community Clouds.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Vlocity, Salesforce DEP, Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud on Lightning Experience.
• Fluent English communication at B2 level or higher.
• Excellent communication with client managers, development teams, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the technical vision for Salesforce projects and lead integration efforts while upholding data quality.
• Guide and support developers and technical staff in building scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with client managers and development teams to collect requirements and align IT plans with business priorities.
• Introduce and promote new frameworks, technologies, and best practices to improve solution architecture.
• Assess technology risks and partner with stakeholders to make informed decisions.
• Oversee rollout of new features, system enhancements, and ongoing support through optimization and refactoring.
• Supervise daily technical operations and translate design concepts into actionable IT processes.
