IFF invites a Customer Support Specialist to join our global team in Tlalnepantla, Estado de México, on-site with one possible work-from-home day per week, delivering expert customer service and coordinating with Sales, Regulatory, and Laboratory teams to fulfill requests.

You will manage samples, quotations, and documentation, maintain accurate records, and help optimize the customer experience in our fragrances, flavors and ingredients division.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience in sales support, customer service, commercial operations, order management, or business support functions.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer and internal requests related to product samples, quotations, technical documentation, and commercial support activities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Regulatory, Customer Service, Laboratory, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely request fulfillment.
• Support the sales team in maintaining customer portfolios, commercial information, and account-related records.
• Track and follow up on sample requests, quotations, and customer inquiries to ensure high levels of responsiveness and service.
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and reporting tools to support commercial activities and business decisions.
• Assist in preparing customer presentations, reports, and commercial documentation when required.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures and business processes.
• Analyze customer requests and prioritize activities based on business needs and commercial objectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer experience, process efficiency, and service excellence.

What Makes You The Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Experience in sales support, customer service, commercial operations, order management, or business support functions
• Strong customer orientation with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple departments and stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service and accuracy
