International Flavors & Fragrances (México), S de RL de CV is seeking a customer service-oriented professional to support one of our strategic global partnerships. You will handle samples, quotations, and technical documentation while coordinating with Sales, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, multi-department collaboration, and proactive service delivery to maintain strong customer portfolios and records.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in sales support, customer service, commercial operations.
• Strong customer orientation with the ability to understand customer needs.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Intermediate to advanced English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer and internal requests related to product samples, quotations, technical documentation, and commercial support activities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Regulatory, Customer Service, Laboratory, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely request fulfillment.
• Support the sales team in maintaining customer portfolios, commercial information, and account-related records.
• Track and follow up on sample requests, quotations, and customer inquiries to ensure high levels of responsiveness and service.
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and reporting tools to support commercial activities and business decisions.
• Assist in preparing customer presentations, reports, and commercial documentation when required.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures and business processes.
• Analyze customer requests and prioritize activities based on business needs and commercial objectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer experience, process efficiency, and service excellence.

• Experience in sales support, customer service, commercial operations, order management, or business support functions
• Strong customer orientation with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple departments and stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service and accuracy
