Azelis is seeking a Sales Support specialist in Mexico to assist Account Managers with daily tasks, manage customer data, and prepare sales materials. You will handle inquiries, support lead generation, and coordinate event logistics in a collaborative team environment.

The role also involves acting as a liaison with customers during Account Manager travels and providing backup support to the Sales Coordinator and Sales Assistant.

Responsabilidades

• Support Account Managers by assisting with day-to-day activities including sample entry, document distribution, quotations, regulatory responses, and order follow-up.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records to ensure data accuracy and visibility.
• Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and ensure prompt and courteous issue resolution.
• Assist with sales activities such as responding to product questions, providing product information, and supporting lead generation efforts.
• Act as a liaison with customers during Account Manager travel or absences (e.g., vacation, leave).
• Serve as backup to the Sales Coordinator and Sales Assistant as needed.
• Lead or support coordination of national and regional events, including trade shows, technical days, and sales meetings.
• Work closely with Brand Specialists, Marketing, the VP, and regional teams to ensure effective event execution.
• Provide general administrative support to the Executive and Sales Teams to help drive business growth.
• Monitor and track key support metrics and contribute to regular reporting efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and other relevant data.
• Assist with customer inquiries to support a responsive and high-quality customer experience.
