Qualifications

• Detail oriented with multi-tasking ability and strong communication skills.
• Experience supporting sales processes, order administration, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and process improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Order processing and issue resolution.
• Act as liaison between Field Sales, Inside/Digital/Channel Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance and Accounting, and other teams.
• Own and execute assigned projects or programs.
• Provide communication and education on current processes and best practices.
• Answer pre and post sales questions from sales teams and partners.
• Research inquiries using various systems and tools.
• Intake and coordination of high priority customer requests.
• Ensure Salesforce data integrity.
• Identify process improvements to support business operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Uphold F5's Business Code of Ethics and report violations when observed.
