PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Finance/ Sales Finance support role in Mexico to assist the PBNA Sales Finance team with reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis. You will collaborate with internal financial teams and the commercial unit to deliver accurate performance insights.

The role emphasizes data integrity, system usage (SAP, Mosaic), and proactive stakeholder communication. Strong Excel skills and English proficiency are essential for success in this position.

• Experience in financial analysis, data integrity maintenance and systems such as SAP and Mosaic.
• Strong Excel skills.

• Reporting & Performance Metrics Support: Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and periodic reports; validate data accuracy and timely delivery; monitor key performance metrics.
• Sales, Pricing & Trend Analysis Support: Gather data for net sales drivers and performance trends; perform variance checks and support pricing analysis.
• Forecasting & Data Management Support: Maintain forecast inputs and consolidate data for forecasting cycles.
• System Maintenance: Support SAP and Mosaic event setup and data capture; document activities.
• Customer & Investment Analysis Support: Provide data and analysis for ad hoc requests and investments.
• Stakeholder Communication Support: Prepare materials for meetings and townhalls; align information with priorities.
• AOP Support: Compile inputs for the Annual Operating Plan and review variances under guidance.
