Donaldson is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to develop and implement commercial strategies engaging end-users, distributors, resellers, and engineering firms. The role focuses on driving sales, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth within the assigned territory.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 3+ years in sales or account management, and strong negotiation and technical communication skills. Travel across multiple states in Mexico is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales or account management in a technical environment.
• Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Willingness and availability to travel to multiple Mexican states.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and training to clients on product applications and benefits.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and customer feedback.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
• Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Willingness and availability to travel to Morelos, Pachuca, Puebla, Tabasco, Yucatán, and Quintana Roo among others.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
