The Big Job Site in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico is seeking a Sales professional with electronics manufacturing industry experience to develop business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing. This on-site role requires visiting customers across Mexico and collaborating with engineering teams to meet customer requirements.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in electronics/manufacturing.
• Advanced English is required.
• Willingness to travel within Mexico approximately 12 weeks per month.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to generate new business, follow up on opportunities, and close deals.
• Ability to work effectively with engineering and other internal teams.

Responsabilidades

We are looking for a Sales professional with experience in the electronics manufacturing industry to join an international company based in Guadalajara, Mexico. The position will be responsible for developing business opportunities, visiting customers throughout Mexico, promoting the company's products and services, and managing the sales process from lead generation through closing.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary: $40,000 MXN+, depending on experience
• Commission: 1% on system sales
• Biannual bonus: Based on KPI performance, paid in January and July
