A youth sports organization in Mexico is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Representative to drive enrollment for camps and programs. Responsibilities include generating leads through calls and emails, building relationships with families, and presenting program offerings. The ideal candidate has strong sales instincts, is bilingual, and possesses exceptional communication skills. Compensation is competitive and includes a commission structure.

Formación

• Proven sales experience in a similar environment, ideally with youth programs.

Drive Enrollment Growth

• Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Convert inquiries into registrations for camps, leagues, and programs

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management

• Proactively generate new leads through outreach and follow-ups
• Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Track all interactions accurately using CRM systems

Customer Relationship Building

• Build strong rapport with parents and guardians
• Understand customer needs and recommend best-fit programs
• Deliver a high-energy, positive, and professional experience

Sales Execution

• Confidently present program offerings and value propositions
• Overcome objections and close enrollments
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets

Bilingual Customer Support

• Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish
• Ensure all families feel supported, informed, and confident

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with operations and program teams
• Share customer insights and feedback to improve offerings
