A youth sports organization in Mexico City is looking for a Sales Representative to drive enrollment growth through proactive outreach, effectively communicate with families, and provide bilingual support. The ideal candidate should have a strong competitive drive, sales experience, and exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish. Drive Enrollment Growth

• Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Convert inquiries into registrations for camps, leagues, and programs

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management

• Proactively generate new leads through outreach and follow-ups
• Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Track all interactions accurately using CRM systems

Customer Relationship Building

• Build strong rapport with parents and guardians
• Understand customer needs and recommend best-fit programs
• Deliver a high-energy, positive, and professional experience

Sales Execution

• Confidently present program offerings and value propositions
• Overcome objections and close enrollments
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets

Bilingual Customer Support

• Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish
• Ensure all families feel supported, informed, and confident

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with operations and program teams
• Share customer insights and feedback to improve offerings
