A youth sports organization located in Mexico City is seeking a driven Customer Service Representative. This role involves conducting calls and follow-ups to boost enrollment for various programs, as well as nurturing relationships with parents and guardians. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, and the ability to work autonomously while contributing to the team's success. Competitive salary plus commission offered.

Formación

• Proven sales experience in lead generation or customer acquisition.
• Ability to manage leads effectively within a CRM system.
• Confident and engaging communicator, proficient in both English and Spanish.
• Strong communication skills with adults and youth.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Drive Enrollment Growth

• Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Convert inquiries into registrations for camps, leagues, and programs

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management

• Proactively generate new leads through outreach and follow-ups
• Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Track all interactions accurately using CRM systems

Customer Relationship Building

• Build strong rapport with parents and guardians
• Understand customer needs and recommend best‑fit programs
• Deliver a high‑energy, positive, and professional experience

Sales Execution

• Confidently present program offerings and value propositions
• Overcome objections and close enrollments
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets

Bilingual Customer Support

• Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish
• Ensure all families feel supported, informed, and confident

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with operations and program teams
• Share customer insights and feedback to improve offerings
