Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, seeks a Sales Controlling professional in Querétaro to strengthen pricing, forecasting and financial governance. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Operations and Global Business Services to ensure accuracy and timely analysis for strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes process improvements, audits support, and guidance on pricing, revenue recognition and sales-controlling processes within an international matrix environment.

Formación

• 2 to 3 years of financial experience (AR/AP, GL)
• 2 to 5 years of controlling experience (ideally at plant level or in Programs/R&D)
• Computer literate and good IT systems expertise
• Experience in an international company or in a matrix organization
• English fluency required

Responsabilidades

• Support commercial and financial performance through pricing, revenue recognition, sales data integrity, forecasting and balance sheet analysis.
• Act as a key business partner between Sales, Finance, Operations, Purchasing and GBS, ensuring accuracy of commercial transactions and compliance with financial policies.
• Deliver meaningful analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive process improvements.
• Support audits and provide guidance to stakeholders on pricing, revenue recognition and sales-controlling processes.

Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting commercial and financial performance through the management of pricing, revenue recognition, sales data integrity, forecasting, and balance sheet analysis. This role serves as a key business partner between Sales, Finance, Operations, Purchasing, and Global Business Services (GBS), ensuring the accuracy of commercial transactions, compliance with financial policies, and the timely delivery of meaningful analysis to support strategic decision-making. The position also drives process improvements, supports audits, and provides guidance to stakeholders on pricing, revenue recognition, and sales controlling processes.

Technical Skills

• Finance degree in related field of study.
• 2 to 3 years of financial experience requiered (Ideal AR/AP, GL and general accounting)
• 2 to 5 years of controlling experience required (ideally at plant level or in Programs/R&D activities)
• Computer literate and good expertise of IT systems.
• Experience in an international company or in a matrix organization
• English fluency required.
