FORVIA in Querétaro is seeking a Regional PC&L Manager to lead production control and logistics across multiple sites, deploying the PC&L policy in the ULE South and coordinating with Sales, Production, Planning and Procurement. You will oversee transportation, warehousing, inventory and cost optimization.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a technical field, 10+ years in production control and logistics, 5+ years as a PC&L leader, and fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional logistics operations (transportation, warehousing, distribution).
• Monitor inventory at the ULE South plants daily to meet objectives.
• Manage inventory reduction activities and convergence plans.
• Apply PC&L tools and manage risks and opportunities within the Region.
• Track freight costs to trigger savings initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Sales, Production, Planning, Procurement and Customer Service.

Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities

The mission of the Regional PC&L Manager is to administer, govern and manage the Production Control and Logistics activities within the ULE South and to deploy the PC&L Group´s Policy.

The Roles And Responsibilities Are

• Lead and manage regional logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
• Monitor inventory at the Ule South plants on a daily basis to achieve the established objectives.
• Manage inventory reduction activities and have convergence plans in place.
• Ensure that PC&L aspects are taken into account by applying PC&L tools and anticipating risks and opportinuties within the Region.
• Track and monitor freight cost to trigger specific activities aimed at generating savings in this area.
• Follow up in the Total Supply Cost
• Provide support to PC&L areas at the plants within your scope.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, customs, and company policies.
• Lead, coach, and develop logistics teams across multiple sites.
• Oversee logistics projects, network optimization, and process standardization.
• Manage risk mitigation plans for transportation disruptions, capacity shortages, and supply chain contingencies.
• Analyze logistics KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Sales, Production, Planning, Procurement, and Customer Service.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

The Ideal Candidate Will Have/be

• Masters degree in technical field
• 10+ years of Production Control and Logistics experience
• 5+ years in charge of PC&L Manager or similar
• Results oriented with strong written and oral communications skills
• Ability to work in a matrix organization
• International mindset, overseas experience a plus
• Minimum bi-lingual (English mandatory)
• Automotive industry experience is strongly preferred
• Experience manage of conflicts
• Experience to manage customs, transportation topics and material planning
