Under Armour in Mexico is seeking a Sales Associate for a fast-paced retail environment. This part-time role puts you at the face of the brand, delivering standout service, driving sales, and keeping the store sharp.

You will greet customers, suggest apparel and footwear, stock and maintain the floor, handle front and back store tasks, and support omni-channel requests. Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends is required.

Formación

• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Age minimums: at least 16 years old (18 in California).

Responsabilidades

• Offer great customer service from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Share product knowledge and what you love about our products.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store; front and back of store duties.
• Process payments and fulfill omni-channel requests.
• Promote and explain the Rewards program to customers.
