Under Armour in Culiacán is hiring a Sales Associate to create standout customer experiences, drive sales, and keep the store looking sharp. If you enjoy fast-paced days, great teams, and making every customer feel like a VIP, this is your moment to shine.

As a part-time role, you will be involved in front and back-of-store tasks, omni-channel requests, and promoting our Rewards program while growing with a dynamic team.

Formación

• Experience delivering strong customer service.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and store processes.
• Basic English is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear.
• Share knowledge and love for our products.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store, including POS.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience.
• Collaborate effectively within a team.
• Promote loyalty and explain the Rewards program.
• Fulfill working hours per attendance policy.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
