Under Armour is hiring a Sales Associate in Monterrey, MX. You will be the face of the brand, delivering standout customer experiences, driving sales, and keeping the store looking sharp.

If you thrive in fast-paced teams and treat every customer like a VIP, this is your moment to shine and grow with the brand. You will support front and back store activities, including POS, and engage customers with product knowledge and loyalty programs.

Formación

• Minimum age 16 (18 in CA)
• Fluent in local language; basic English is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs
• Comfortable with technology (hand-held and mobile devices)

Responsabilidades

• Offer great customer service from a friendly greeting to checkout
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers
• Share knowledge about products
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Handle front and back of store tasks including POS and payments
• Fulfill omni‑channel requests through digital experience
• Collaborate well within a team and in fast-paced environments
• Promote loyalty through the Rewards program
• Meet the store attendance policy
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
