Formación

• Must be at least 16 years old (18 in California).
• Able to move around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs./12 kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Comfortable with technology (hand-held and mobile devices).

Responsabilidades

• Offer great customer service from a warm greeting to an efficient check out.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Share product knowledge and experiences with customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Assist front and back of store tasks, including POS and payments.
• Fulfill omni-channel requests through the digital experience.
• Demonstrate teamwork and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
