Scale AI in Mexico City is seeking an Operations Program Manager / Associate for Industrial Partnerships in Robotics. You will build and manage a global partner network, coordinate on-site operations, and drive the rollout of new partners to scale data collection for AI systems.

You’ll collaborate with product and strategy teams, monitor partner performance, and help optimize processes based on field feedback. This role requires travel to partner sites and strong bilingual communication.

Formación

• Strong professional communication in Spanish and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 2+ years of industry experience in on-site operations, logistics, business development or analytics.
• Experience in warehouses, factories or logistics centers.
• Analytical, strategic and process-improvement capability.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage prospective partner businesses through to signed agreements.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations with signed partners including onboarding and ongoing support.
• Track partner performance and data collection targets.
• Support hardware deployment and basic troubleshooting on partner premises.
• Communicate regularly with internal teams and partner contacts.
• Identify and implement process improvements based on operational feedback.
