Symbotic is seeking a Cell Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain automated adapters and supporting equipment, ensuring system readiness and uptime in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of production automation experience, strong attention to safety, and be capable of basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, and tolerance checks. This on-site role requires adherence to 5S and LOTO procedures.

Formación

• Technical training preferred or equivalent work experience with automated equipment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in production automation or warehouse environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to perform maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication and tolerance checks.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, monitor, and maintain automated adapters and supporting equipment.
• Perform system checks and troubleshoot stoppages to maintain uptime.
• Use HMI terminals to safely operate equipment.
• Conduct pre-operational checks for production readiness.
• Prepare pallets and materials for induction into the system.
• Follow safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Identify and document equipment or safety concerns and escalate.
• Communicate production-impacting issues to leadership.
• Assist technicians with troubleshooting and recovery as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S standards.
