Symbotic is seeking a Senior Automation General Manager to oversee the performance, reliability, and uptime of its highly automated warehouse system. The role combines electro-mechanical troubleshooting with strong people leadership, preventive/corrective maintenance, and continuous improvement in a high-volume distribution setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 9 years of functional management and supervisory experience in tech-driven, automated operations.
• Minimum 7 years of leadership in operations, maintenance, automation, robotics, or reliability.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, material handling, inventory control, and automated environments.
• Experience with automated systems, controls (electrical & mechanical), PLCs, robotics, and software platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the on-site Symbotic leader, ensuring exceptional service and client relations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations and technical team.
• Drive continuous improvement focused on safety, quality, and throughput.
• Oversee daily operations of the automated system, including robotics and integrated software.
• Conduct performance assessments and drive corrective actions and improvements.
